Kasumi, Momiji and Rachel are on the box art. Hayabusa and Ayane were in the original 'Warroris Orochi 3' so it should be fair to expect them there too. Sophitia is there from 'Soul Calibur' and there are some other guests from games I don't recognise.
Personally I've always found battering thousands of enemies on screen to be very theraputic.
