1. Windows 7 32 Bit Update 64

This is a unusual problem. Yet, Windows 7 always had some kind of update issues. I recommend uninstalling both updates and reinstalling them manually via the Microsoft website. Click the following links below to download your updates. Chose the middle one, as it suits best for your 32-bit device. I hope this helps.

It is planned by M$ we must now jump through hoops to clean install,

If searching for updates hang on a current install,

Make sure and go to Uninstall a program and see which Microsoft Net framework you have installed,

4.5.2 is the most consistent to have installed,

Switch your windows update setting to Never check for updates temporarily

Restart the machine

You can try and install the newest update client manually leave your update settings at Never check for updates until you install this,

The newest work around for May is to see if these 2 are installed

First update to manually install if it's not already is KB3145739

Yea Volume Z is saying manually download and install KB3153199

As always it helps if you switch your update settings to Never check for updates first

Then switch back after the install and manually check for updates and the rest should appear shortly.
